The restaurant of L’Aventure du Sucre has just been named a winner in the 2018 TripAdvisor Hall of Fame for achieving a Certificate of Excellence for 5 years running.

This award is granted only to those businesses receiving consistently great reviews from TripAdvisor travellers for five consecutive years and that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.

Sandra Masson, manager of the catering at l’Aventure du Sucre credit this success to team consistent hard work. “We are truly honoured, she said, because there is no greater seal of approval than being recognised by our clients. It is a huge motivation”. She adds that the strategy of le Fangourin is very simple : quality of the dish and freshness of products, coupled with unpretentious and friendly service in order to provide a unique experience to the guests.

Edwige Gufflet reports that this double award from the most important traveller’s website in the world represents an outstanding feat. These honours celebrate excellence and put a spotlight on the efforts of the team to provide the best service to the clients. They also guarantee quality. Furthermore, maintaining this great level of excellence requires a flawless implication.

She also confides that awards have a positive and significant impact on the restaurant visibility. It’s good to know that the Certificate of Excellence represents the top 10% worldwide that maintain high standards of food and service. And only 2% are inducted into Tripadvisor “Hall of Fame”.
